These are exciting times at Robinson College, with the opening of the new Crausaz Wordsworth Building to support our already established award winning meeting space and bedrooms.  If you are looking to be part of our successful and busy conference team, we are now seeking to recruit a dynamic Junior Events and Sales Coordinator. 

This is a great opportunity to develop your existing knowledge and experience in organising great events, being part of a hardworking and motivated team and working within a thriving and award winning conference environment. The role will also include sales and marketing, giving the successful applicant a platform into the exciting world of events, sales and marketing.

You will be highly driven with strong administrative skills. You will need to have a flexible, well-organised and have a ‘can-do’ approach. Excellent communication skills are essential.

This full-time position (37 hours per week) mainly involves weekday office hours, although there is a requirement for some evening and weekend working, particularly during busy conference seasons.
