- These are total residence cost figures - not rent alone. They cover 10 weeks of each term.
- There is no additional kitchen fixed charge, there are no additional charges for utilities and there is no charge for normal levels of internet use although there are download limits in place on the network in order to safeguard its operation.
- They are fixed for the first 3 years (9 terms). Changing room type will, of course, change cost.
- Outside term any student permitted to stay in residence will pay an additional nightly rate of £14.50 (2011/12 rate)
