If you are a conference delegate, attending a conference at Robinson College, your accommodation is arranged via the event organiser. Either your accommodation is booked centrally, in which case this page is not relevant for you, or your event organiser will have given you a specific promotion code to use. Use of the independent traveller’s promotion codes below may not provide availability on the appropriate dates or at the agreed rate. It is our policy not to make refunds if there is a price differential as a result of using the wrong promotional code. For advice, contact the event organiser for your conference.
Robinson College provides a very high standard of accommodation and is justifiably proud of its 4 star VisitEngland rating. Bed and breakfast accommodation is provided on an individual basis during vacation periods. Standard Plus Single rooms and Twin rooms have private bathrooms; Standard Single rooms are in two-bedroom suites with a bathroom shared between the two rooms.
All rooms are centrally heated and have radio alarm clocks but not TVs. Beds are made with duvets in covers; bath and hand towels are provided as well as a complimentary vanity pack. We supply tea/coffee making tray with mineral water. Many bedrooms have private balconies. Smoking is not permitted in any of our bedrooms - please view our Smoking Policy here. The residential areas are conveniently close to all facilities. All of our bedrooms have internet access via our Ethernet network. Guests will need to provide their own laptop computer and ethernet cable, then use the College wired internet connections for no additional charge. Ethernet cables are available for sale at the Porters Lodge.
Some rooms are situated on almost the ground floor (up three steps) and many bedrooms and most other areas of the College are accessible by lift. It might be helpful for guests to take into consideration that a number of rooms are located on upper floors which are accessible only by between one and five flights of stairs. There are a limited number of rooms which are suitable for guests with access needs. Ideally those using wheelchairs should be accompanied by a companion.
