Robinson College raises over £1,000 from Michaelmas Term Sale
On Tuesday 6th October 2015 Robinson College, Cambridge, held its annual Michaelmas Term Sale to raise funds for a nominated charity. This year the event collected over £1,000 for Addenbrooke’s Breast Cancer Appeal. Breast Cancer Research was chosen for the 2015 Beginning of Term Sale as it has a personal resonance to Robinson College. Earlier this year, Suzanne Baron, a member of the housekeeping team was diagnosed and battled with breast cancer. Back working at the college, the team wanted to highlight the important work that Addenbrooke’s Breast Cancer Appeal does as well as raising awareness of those afflicted by the disease.
