Objectives

It is important for you and us to understand clearly, when you make a booking with us, who is responsible for what. Our terms and conditions and Booking Contracts set out which responsibilities lie where.

Process

When you confirm your booking, we will send you a Booking Contract and our terms and conditions. We ask that you sign the Contract and return it to us by post or fax within 7 days. Upon receipt, we will counter-sign the contract and return a copy to you for your records. At that stage, the contract between us will take effect.

Negotiation

We are happy to enter into discussions with you about any aspect of our terms and conditions, or the Booking Contract so that the booking is entered into on terms which are to our mutual satisfaction. Please feel free to discuss the matter with your Event Coordinator before you finalise the booking or sign the contract.
