Leading event organisers from across the UK gathered at Robinson College throughout 2016/17 to attend the clic+ club event series ‘5 Steps to Successful Events’.

With five events in the series, each focused on a different stage in organising an event. This was an opportunity for sharing of best practice, creating a hub for event professionals to come together and collaborate.

With a new layout for each event in the series, key speakers who are driving the event industry forward were enlisted to share their knowledge of how to plan and execute successful events through a range of talks, discussion panels and breakout sessions. Key partners included experienced representatives from Redgate, Viva Live Music, Inspired, Realise and Glisser.

The series was further supported by innovative networking technology company Blendology, allowing visitors to seamlessly exchange contact information at the touch of a button.

This series will culminate at the clic+ conference on 10 October, when delegates will receive a book that encapsulates the learnings from the series.

As we continue to build momentum, clic+ club looks forward to hosting more forward-thinking events that will drive the conversation on how to deliver successful and innovative events around the country.
