Held from 6th – 12th March, Robinson College took part in the “Student Switch off Week.” The week aims to encourage students to cut energy use and save money by turning off lights and equipment when they are not needed.

Students pledged their support and demonstrated that small, simple actions by individuals all add up. Compared to the prior week, the College had a 5.6% reduction in energy usage, equating to 1,863 kWh of electricity. Out of the 16 participating colleges, we had the 4th largest reduction in energy usage, and across all 16 colleges, the total reduction was 20,914 kWh.
