Organised group bookings
Tables for external groups booked through the Catering Office and who have followed the procedure for Group Bookings will be reserved and indicated by signs bearing the group name.
Bookings via the meal booking website
Generally there is no seating plan for tickets bought via the website, members are encouraged to come down to hall early if they wish to sit together to avoid disappointment. Doors open at 7.20pm.
If you wish to make a request to sit together for a special occasion follow the procedure below:
- No later than 36 hours (9am the day before) one person in the party may email the Food Service Department to give the name/subject of the party and all those members and their guests who wish to sit together
- There is a maximum of 18 people for this facility
- The members and their guests MUST already be booked on the website at the time of emailing, for the request to be valid, i.e. by the deadline of 36 hours before the hall
- Seats will only be reserved for those named in the email
This period is necessary to coordinate the administration of the room set up and staffing. We cannot guarantee to accommodate any requests made later than this.
