The College is seeking to appoint a full time Food and Beverage Supervisor to support and assist both the Food Service department and the Café Bar as business demands.
Within Food Services, the role will involve supervising private dinners as well as larger banquet style functions. While in the Café Bar, you will be expected to provide a high standard of barista and alcohol service.
You will work over a 7 day working week as per the rota set by your line manager. The shifts will usually be rostered for 5 days per week. Flexible working will be required.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer focused team working to deliver excellent service to students, conference guests and visitors of Robinson College.
Applicants must be flexible in their approach to both customers and the hours of work required to meet the demands of this varied and interesting position. Good communication skills are essential. Experience within food and/or beverage service, and of acting in a supervisory capacity, is essential.
