The College is seeking to recruit part time Housekeeping Operatives to work between 20 and 35 hours per week.

You will work over a 7 day working week as per the rota set by the Housekeeping Manager. The shifts will usually be rostered for 5 days per week. Some overtime will be required throughout the year but more often during our conference periods (outside of term time).

The role involves cleaning designated areas of the college to include student accommodation, meeting rooms, offices, toilets and public areas. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, new cleaning procedures have been put in place.

The successful applicant must be flexible and able to work as part of a team. Cleaning experience is preferred but we will provide training to our employees. You will need to be enthusiastic, well-organised and have a ‘can-do’ approach to all tasks set. Excellent communication skills are essential.
