Virtual Open Day Question and Answer Session - Thursday 2 July

Robinson will be hosting a live Q+A Webinar session with Admissions Tutors and current students at 2pm on Thursday 2nd July, to give prospective students the chance to ask questions about the admissions process, college life, facilities, and student experience.

Subject Webinars

Robinson will be running a series of subject specific Webinars throughout July. These will involve an introduction to the college by admissions staff, a course talk from the subject Director of Studies, a chance to ask questions to current students and staff and a virtual tour of college facilities. Please register by noon the day before each Webinar using the links below (for Webinars on a Monday, please register the previous Friday). Any students currently in Year 12 (or equivalent) attending UK schools and colleges may register.

If the Webinars are oversubscribed, priority will be given based on A-Level (or equivalent) predicted grades and whether students meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • Have no parental history of higher education
  • Live in neighborhoods with low overall progression to higher education
  • Have lived, or are currently living, in local authority care
  • Have been eligible for free school meals within the past six years
  • Are from an ethnic group currently underrepresented at Cambridge
  • Have a disability
  • Attend a state-maintained school or sixth form college
  • Attend a school in one of Robinson College's Link Areas (Gloucestershire, Swindon, Wiltshire, London Borough of Wandsworth

In addition to the Open Days, details of which can be found here, Robinson runs events throughout the year, which are designed to give prospective students a taste of life at Robinson College. Some events include the opportunity to stay overnight in College while others offer programmes during the day.
