Cancellations and Returns Policy

Cancellations
1. If you would like to cancel or amend an order which you have not yet received, contact us to determine the current status of your order.

2. Merchandise orders cannot be cancelled via the website. Please contact the Development Office if you wish to do this. (development-office@robinson.cam.ac.uk)

Refunds
1. We will provide a full refund for any items that are damaged, defective or incorrect.

2. You can expect to receive your refund within 28 days of our receipt of your returned item(s).
