Conference Accommodation

Accommodation is provided for up to 260 delegates in study bedrooms. En-suite accommodation can be provided for 220: 170 rooms have private bathrooms and 100 rooms are in two-bedroom suites with a bathroom shared between the two rooms.

All rooms are centrally heated and have radio alarm clocks but not TVs. Beds are made with duvets in covers; bath and hand towels are provided as well as a complimentary vanity pack. We supply a tea/coffee making tray with mineral water. Many bedrooms have private balconies. There are 10 twin-bedded executive rooms with en-suite bath and shower, television and refrigerator. All of our bedrooms have internet access via our ethernet network. Delegates will need to provide their own laptop computer and ethernet cable, then use the College wired internet connections for no additional charge. Ethernet cables can be purchased from the Porters Lodge.

Some rooms are situated on almost the ground floor (up three steps) and many bedrooms and most other areas of the College are accessible by lift. It might be helpful for delegates to take into consideration that a number of rooms are located on upper floors which are accessible only by between one and five flights of stairs.

There are a limited number of rooms which are suitable for delegates with access needs. Ideally those using wheelchairs should be accompanied by a companion. Please visit our accessibility pages if you have any specific concerns.

The residential areas are conveniently close to all facilities. If the need arises overflow accommodation can be arranged at nearby colleges.
