Robinson College is proud to be a member of the Hotel Booking Agents Association ( HBAA) and fully abides by the HBAA Code of Conduct in its dealings with Agents. All agents and venues sign up to the HBAA code of conduct. Developed and agreed by both sides of the industry, the code of conduct assures best practice between agents, hotels and venues - assuring the corporate client receives a professional service.

Accreditation

In May 2018, Robinson College has once again achieved the prestigious AIM accreditation at gold level – the MIA’s highest accolade – for excellence in its meetings and events service.  AIM Gold accreditation is the MIA's highest accolade and achievement of this level and sends a positive signal to potential clients that superior service levels have been achieved.   Read the assessors report through this link

4 Stars (campus)

Robinson College is proud to have been accredited by VisitEngland under its Quality in Tourism scheme. In September 2019 the College was assessed and was awarded 4 stars University/Campus quality standard for the eighth year. Read the assessors report through this link
