There will be 2 Christmas Formal Halls served in the last week of this term.

Booking will be for ROBINSON MEMBERS and ONE GUEST ONLY for 1st week of sales

Thereafter if space are available both halls will be open the the usual ratio of guests

Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your EPOS account one week before the date of the Hall you have booked.

BOOKING:

Bookings for the above 2 Christmas Halls will be available on the website from Monday 6th November until Friday 17th November, or sell out whichever is reached first.
For Friday Hall, The RCSA will organise a table plan which you can place yourself on. Details of this will follow.

For Tuesday Hall you may email Sarah in Food services (sjh200) no later 8am Wednesday 22nd to request seating together once you have booked your places

From 9am on Monday 13th November if there remaining availability, Guest bookings will be permitted for TUESDAY and FRIDAY, the usual ratio of guests 3:1 Robinson member will apply.
