Founded in 2023, thanks to a transformative gift from Leigh Baxandall (1979, Natural Sciences), the Baxandall Visiting Fellowship is designed to support outstanding scholars from across the world, in order to enable them to spend a period of research in Cambridge. This includes affiliation with Robinson College, access to University facilities, and accommodation and food within the College. These research periods can last from a single term, up to 8 months, and all Baxandall Visiting Fellows deliver a lecture during their time at the College on their topics of research.
Applications for academics open annually - for more information, keep an eye on our News page on the website.
A list of all our Baxandall Fellows can be found below.

I have been a very lucky beneficiary of this support and will remember my time at Robinson as a Baxandall Fellow with great fondness and gratitude - Prof. Krista Kesselring
