We have the facility to set up an on-line booking form for your function/event where your guests can book and pay directly which can make help with the administration for your event, please ask for more details in the Catering Office.
China, cutlery and glassware may be hired for use in College from the Catering Department with at least 24 hours notice. (subject to availability)
Cutlery, china and glassware is charged at 10p per item per 24-hour period of hire. A minimum £25 returnable deposit is required on all hired equipment. This will increase where the hire charge exceeds the deposit. Any items returned in a dirty state will be subject to a charge of 10p per item. All breakages will be charged at the full current replacement cost.
Cooking utensils are subject to availability from the kitchen and are charged at 50p per item per 24-hour period of hire. A £50 returnable deposit is required. Any damage to equipment will be charged at the replacement cost price. Items returned in a dirty condition will be charged a further 20p per item.
To order equipment for hire you must see a Supervisor in the Garden Restaurant before 2:00pm on any day at least 24 hours before you need the equipment. Alternatively you can call on 39133. Arrangements must be made by 12 noon on Friday for items required over the weekend.
Please note that we have a very limited spare stock for this facility. Therefore do not arrange a function without checking availability of stock first.
