Taking time out is such an important part of ensuring you are calm, confident and motivated ahead of exams and throughout your academic working.
Our Welfare Team have put together a series of events to bring you a range of strategies to help you work efficiently, prepare for the Summer Exams, and look after yourself.
The day will start with free Breakfast along with members of different support teams. Throughout the day fun activities will focus on helping to prevent burnout and get the most our of your revision and exams. These will include circus skills, yoga, nutrition advice and games with the Give it a Go team.
Join us for the whole day or drop into any part as suits your schedule.
