Robinson College continues to be a place where potential is nurtured, ideas are challenged, and friendships are forged. Behind every student’s journey lies a foundation of support that makes these experiences possible. Regular donations play a vital role in sustaining this foundation.
Over 800 alumni and friends currently donate to Robinson each year; with more than 550 through ongoing support either monthly, quarterly or annually. Together, these gifts add up to a remarkable impact – contributing over £220,000 to College every year.
It only takes a few minutes to set up a regular gift, but the impact lasts for years.

They provide Robinson with predictable and reliable income. This steady support allows the College to plan ahead, invest in long-term priorities, and respond flexibly to unexpected challenges. For students, it means consistent access to the resources, services, and opportunities that enrich their time here.

Almost every corner of Robinson is touched by regular giving, from financial support and wellbeing to teaching and buildings. Donations all centre on providing the best experience and opportunities for our community – making Robinson such a vibrant and supportive environment.

The power of smaller, steady contributions
A modest monthly donation, when combined with support from many others, adds up to become a significant source of funding. For example, a gift of £10 a month, or £30 a quarter, with Gift Aid, adds up to £150 a year – enough to make a real difference.
Easy, flexible and impactful
Setting up a regular donation is simple, whether by Direct Debit, Standing Order, Payroll Giving, or another method. Donors can choose the frequency and amount that works best for them, and can adjust it at any time. It is one of the easiest ways to make a lasting difference, ensuring that Robinson’s support for students remains strong and dependable.
