Earthquakes and Jewels

Featuring several Robinson College students and alumni, this exciting evening presents the first performance of Earthquake in the Soul. The spectacular Renaissance ‘Earthquake’ Mass is reimagined by Jeremy Thurlow for choir, orchestra and soloist, transformed into a dramatic depiction of the wild and ecstatic visions of medieval Abbess Hildegard, in her own words. The programme also includes Mahler’s exquisite Rückert-Lieder. Rehearsals have been sounding terrific! Lady Clare’s Consort and Orchestra will be conducted by Isaac Chen. Tickets are £5 at the door. It would be lovely to see friends and colleagues there.
