Congratulations to Nicola Moss and Simon Murden who recently celebrated their 30 and 20 year work anniversaries, respectively.

Pauline Walker, Head of Housekeeping on Nicky's time at Robinson:

Over the last 30 years she has been here Nicky has seen many changes in her work as a Housekeeping Operative. Nicky has worked on R staircase throughout her time and you can tell that she has looked after all the rooms with dedication, hard work and pride.

Nicky has seen many students come and go, she enjoys chatting to them and making sure that they are well looked after for the time they are here.

Nicky has great knowledge of the Housekeeping department, she also very flexible with helping any colleague that needs it and has helped in other areas such as the Linen room.

Head Chef and Head of Catering Services, Gary Dougan, spoke about his time working with Simon:

"Two whole decades in one establishment is a remarkable achievement for Simon. It speaks volumes for his loyalty and dedication.

The Red Brick Café bar is not just a business it’s a community and for 20 years Simon has served our students, staff, Fellows and conference delegates with great aplomb.

We have seen the Red Brick Café develop since 2005 and it continues to be a tremendous success, increasing turnover and profit every year."
