Tickets Now on Sale for Award-Winning Musical 'Follies' at the Brickhouse Theatre

Robinson College's resident theatre company, Brickhouse Theatre Company, is delighted to announce tickets are now on sale for its first major production in three years. The Tony and Olivier-winning musical Follies, by James Goldman and Stephen Sondheim, will come to Robinson from 20-24th October 2026, with tickets available from £9.50 at https://follies.cam/.

Featuring classic Sondheim tunes, a large cast of 22 and a full orchestra, this epic production will be a landmark moment for the college’s theatre scene ahead of its 50th anniversary. 

Directed by second-year Robinson student Dhyan Ruparel (English, 2025), the production will engage the entire college community, as well as drawing from theatrical talent across the university. Robinson students are involved in the cast, band and creative team, with additional roles open to incoming students to assist this massive production.

Tickets for the show can now be booked online, with shows from Tuesday 20th to Saturday 24th October at 7.30pm, as well as a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm on 24th October. Concessions are available for students, senior citizens, jobseekers and children under 16; wheelchair spaces are available for every performance. Established in 1998, Brickhouse Theatre Company has long been at the heart of Robinson’s extra-curricular life, performing both in the Auditorium and outdoor Maria Bjornson Theatre. This production revives the company, which has a long history of presenting musicals, plays and comedy.
