Full Time - An average of 40.2 hours per week across the year
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (4x 12-hour night shifts followed by 4 days off)

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused and reliable Porter to work Nights in our Porters’ Lodge team.  As the first point of contact for students, Fellows, staff, conference delegates, guests and visitors, you will play a vital role in providing a welcoming front-of-house service while ensuring the safety, security and smooth operation of the College.

This is a varied and rewarding role combining reception, security, student support, administration and emergency response duties within a prestigious collegiate environment.

Your ability to build positive relationships, respond calmly to changing situations and provide excellent service will be essential to the success of the role.

The ideal candidate will be happy to work solely nights initially, ideally with flexibility to cover ad hoc additional shifts, and in the longer term the ability to swap to the standard 2-days 2-nights pattern would be helpful.
