Following the success of the Korean evening, the latest dine+ offering took place on Friday 22nd September. Robinson College hosted the Greek Extravaganza at the Crausaz Wordsworth Building, where guests received a Greek welcome. All attendees received ouzo on arrival, preparing them to embark on this Mediterranean adventure.

The evening was presented by Alexis Moreau, Robinson College’s Conference and Catering manager, who spoke about the flavours of the food and  Greek culture. Wine was supplied by Cambridge Wine Merchants, with a thorough explanation of the carefully-selected Greek wines from Quinby Frey.

Careful consideration was given to the flavours of the evening to ensure authentic cuisine was created. The dishes were prepared by Robinson College’s expert chefs. This was done in an open and interactive manner – guests were able to witness the process as the culinary delights were assembled.

The evening was well received by those who attended and we look forward to the next themed event, a ‘Gin and food experience’ event, to take place in February 2018. The Greek Extravaganza strengthened Robinson College’s reputation for delivering quality events and it looks forward to the next evening.
