Dear All,
Am delighted to announce, as per below, that Robinson College has yet again achieved a Platinum Award from Green Impact for 2020-21.
This is a massive achievement this year especially with all the COVID challenges faced. It is clear from the feedback below that Robinson College is a shining light for others to follow.
Special thanks must go to the Robinson Green Team who have worked hard to achieve this award despite the challenges and have ensured the Green Journey here at Robinson remains on track.
Many thanks all for your support throughout and I look forward to continuing this journey.

Dear All,
Congratulations!! I’m delighted to let you know that you have successfully achieved a Platinum Colleges award for the 2020-21 Green Impact year.
Well done to everyone involved! This has been an exceptionally challenging year to say the least and I would like to thank you on behalf of the University community for managing to prioritise sustainability progress in such a difficult year.
Audit feedback
Your auditors really enjoyed meeting you and have asked us to pass on the following feedback: “We were hugely impressed by the enormous amount of time and effort the whole team at Robinson has dedicated to ensuring the College is becoming more environmentally friendly every year. Carrying on a legacy of environmental consciousness that stretches back to the 80s in Robinson, the Green Team has clearly created a sense of community that takes joy in working towards a sustainable future for their staff and students alike. The Robinson Green Team is a shining exemplar for other Colleges. It's wonderful to see staff and students collaborate with such great community spirit.”
Congratulations once again on another fantastic Green Impact year, it’s always a pleasure to have you as part of the scheme and I’m delighted to see that you have maintained your Platinum level. Thanks also to so many of you for attending the audit, it was wonderful to see such team spirit and support – I don’t think we’ve ever had so many team members attend an audit before so you’re setting a high bar!
Thank you all for volunteering your time and skills to make the University a more sustainable place. It’s been a pleasure working with you all this year and I look forward to celebrating with you in July!
With best wishes,
Jess
