IT Systems Manager (Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Systems Manager to play a key role in delivering and developing IT services across our College community.

Supporting around 500 students, over 100 Fellows, 140 professional services staff and conference delegates, our IT environment is diverse, technically interesting and central to the success of the College. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled IT professional who enjoys working across a broad range of technologies and wants to make a significant impact within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Working closely with the Head of IT in a small, dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to contribute strategically while remaining hands-on with infrastructure, systems administration, support, security and service delivery.

About the Role

As IT Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the management and support of the College's IT infrastructure, providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support whilst helping to shape the future direction of technology services. The role encompasses a varied and challenging mix of responsibilities.

You will be an experienced IT professional with strong infrastructure and systems administration expertise, coupled with excellent customer service skills.

£46,000 - £49,743 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
