Chef de Partie

The College is seeking to appoint a full time Chef de Partie. 
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer focused kitchen team working to produce and deliver excellent service to all students, conference guests and visitors of Robinson College.

This role requires an experienced and qualified Chef. The successful candidate will be expected to work with the team to continuously produce fresh, innovative and well-presented food while making sure that all internal procedures/policies as well all catering legislations and tasks are adhered to.

You will be an enthusiastic team player who is self-motivated and confident in their specialist area. You’ll be a qualified chef, with a minimum of a level 3 NVQ food production (or equivalent). A keen chef with great attention to detail and the ability to ensure consistent products are available at all time. You will be able to plan your own work and you’ll have a proven ability to manage your workload when under pressure, to meet multiple deadlines and will enjoy contributing to the excellent reputation of the department.

A flexible approach to evening and weekend working is essential as this role will be rostered for any 5 days each week.
