Taking time out is such an important part of ensuring you are calm, confident and motivated ahead of exams. Our Robinson Wellbeing day will have a whole range of Wellbeing activities on offer to ensure there is something to suit everyone.
😋SU reps will be in College with a pop up breakfast and exam support bags – (Dining Room balcony)
🧘🏽Yoga: Flossophy and Practice* for calm focused exam term prep 10-11am (Bop Room)
🏀 Give it a Go Garden Games (Robinson Gardens) – this was a lot of fun and a huge success last year, stop by anytime between 1.30-4.30pm
🧘🏽Spring Yoga Annabelle 1-2pm (Robinson Gardens or Bop Room if rainy)
🍰Wellbeing Drop In & Free Cake – Red Brick Café 2-3pm
🐶Pet Therapy – Molly our Wellbeing dog will be in College, take her for a walk through the gardens or hang out 3-4pm RBC
🥋T’ai Chi Alison Warlow 4.30-5.30pm (Bop Room)
👩🎨Craft Session & Refreshments 5-6.30pm (Umney Foyer) drop in

📘Throughout the day there will be Poetry Prescription & other wellbeing Resources in the Library.
*places are limited so head over a bit early to find your space and relax
There will be lots of Wellbeing & Mental Health Resources available on the day, and a Quiz for Prizes*. The Wellbeing Team, Key student officers and the University Sport Team will be around to support and answer any questions.
