Ways to Support Robinson

There are many ways for you to get involved with College life, support current students and keep in touch with your friends. These include:

Offer an Internship

Work placements and internships are highly valued by our students. Internships and work placements enable undergraduates to explore job sectors at first hand, to showcase their own skills and aptitude, to develop the professionalism of their approach and to expand their career networks.

We would be delighted to work with alumni, and others, in expanding the range and number of internship opportunities available. If you would be interested in offering an internship please contact Robinson Development Office

Interested in running an alumni event?

As well as events in College, the Development Office runs events throughout the UK and across the world. If you would like to help us by organising an event for alumni in your area or year group we would love to hear from you. Whether it is an informal gathering at a local pub, or a larger scale dinner, your help in widening the alumni network would be greatly appreciated.
If you would like to find out more about running an event, please contact the Development Office by calling +44 (0) 1223 339036/7  or emailing development-office@robinson.cam.ac.uk

Join the Robinson College Alumni Association (Pegasus) Committee

If you are interested in becoming more involved with the alumni community, why not join the Pegasus Committee? The Committee meets in College at least once a year to discuss ideas for alumni events, and other alumni activities. The meetings are held in College on the same weekend as the March and September reunions.  The meetings usually last around an hour and are followed by dinner in the College Hall.

Members of all ages are actively encouraged to stand for nomination. The Association is very keen to recruit both older and younger alumni to the Committee to ensure that the Association’s activities and publications appeal to the entire alumni community. If you are interested in joining the committee or have any questions, you can email them directly at development-office@robinson.cam.ac.uk
