Robinson College has a part time College Nurse, Kim Freeman who is qualified to help students with a variety of health and welfare needs. Kim is able to assist with minor illnesses and injuries as well as offering advice and support with emotional issues. If specialist help is required she will direct you to the appropriate service such as GP, University Counselling Service or other suitable providers.

We coping with the current  health risk, Covid-19 and are in the process of changing the way we work to protect all students and staff. This means that if you wish to see the College Nurse you must email me in the first instance. I will then call you back on your mobile at a pre arranged time to preform a clinical assessment over the telephone. This assessment will guide what will be the next step and may require you to be seen by your local GP.

N.B Please do not come to surgery without first speaking with College Nurse, she will not see you without having a telephone assessment and you may be turned away. If you need to be seen urgently you can call you local GP and they will get a doctor to call you back. Alternatively call 111.

IF YOU HAVE A HIGH TEMPERATURE, AND OR A NEW CONTINUOUS COUGH, AND OR A CHANGE OR LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL, YOU CAN USE THE NHS111 ASSESSMENT TOOL,

https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19  Let the Porters know that you are unwell and they will contact the College Nurse.
