Iheanyi is an art historian and independent curator specialising in the art of Africa and its diaspora. He will be joining the Faculty of History of Art, as a Professor in African and Caribbean Modern and Contemporary Art from Princeton.
The Baxandall Visiting Fellow Lecture: "A Purple Testament of Bleeding War: On the Art of Biography and the Poetics of Silence".
On Tuesday, 17 March 2026, Dr Terri Ochiagha - the sixth Robinson's Baxandall Visiting Fellow - will deliver the lecture: "A Purple Testament of Bleeding War: On the Art of Biography and the Poetics of Silence". This event is free and open to the public.
Professor Gabriele Kaminski Schierle awarded leading biophysics prize

Congratulations to Professor Gabriele Kaminski Schierle, who has been awarded the 2025 BBS Sosei Heptares Prize for Biophysics, recognising research that has advanced understanding of how neurodegenerative diseases develop.
Alumna Adriana Timco Wins International Emmy Award

Congratulations to Robinson alumna Adriana Timco (English, 2008) who has won an International Emmy Award for Hell Jumper, a ground-breaking documentary about the war in Ukraine.
Hell Jumper, is a “new look at the story of the war in Ukraine, captured through the eyes – and the extraordinary first-person footage – of a group of volunteers saving strangers’ lives in one of the most dangerous places on earth.”
